The pre-surgery consultations explained the procedure and outcome of surgery in detail and in language which was easily accessible. The procedure itself was very successful. Having already experience a similar operation on my other foot with the same success, I was very confident in Mr. Jowett as my surgeon. The post operative care was excellent and on the one occasion when I was having a problem and had to contact him he was very prompt in resolving the situation. The final consultation was very reassuring and I was left in no doubt that the operation was a success. I would also like to express my thanks to Mrs Tanya Stephens, Mr Jowett's secretary for all her help and patience when I had to contact her.

Mr Jowett listened to my concerns with regards to my bunion and explained in detail the options available and the fine details/risks involved. At each appointment, he provided a follow up letter which outlined our discussions, decisions made and next steps, which I found informative. Mr Jowett was extremely approachable and had a reassuring manner at all our appointments including the operation. Sadly I had slight complications and required a further visit to hospital for joint manipulation however; Mr Jowett gave me confidence and reassurance throughout

A very good patient experience. A good history taken and the surgical solution clearly explained in detail at the first consultation with Mr Jowett. On the day the surgery and hospital care were excellent. The three post-operative appointments including the last two with Mr Jowett were very useful, informative and left me confident about the future. Speaking now some months later, the procedure has proved a complete success.

I suffered for a long time in a lot of pain with a bunion and a shortening of ligaments in another toe. Mr Jowett operated in both of these and I am no longer in pain and back on the golf course pain free.
